Effective October 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of the JECO Services website, jeco.services, and of the automations JECO Services ("JECO", "we", "us") operates that connect to Google services. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

JECO provides technology services to businesses: automations, custom systems and content. The scope, price and conditions of work for each client are set out in a separate written agreement with that client. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

2. Connecting a Google account

• When you authorize one of our automations to access your Google account, you allow JECO to perform only the tasks described in our Privacy Policy.
• You confirm that you have the right to grant access to the spreadsheets and calendars you connect.
• You can revoke that access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Automations that depend on it will stop working once access is revoked.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use this website or our automations to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with our systems or anyone else's.

4. Intellectual property

The JECO Services name, logo and the content of this website belong to JECO Services. Ownership of the work we deliver to clients is set out in each client's agreement.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is", for general information. To the extent the law allows, JECO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Our responsibilities to clients are those set out in each client's agreement.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

Estos términos rigen el uso del sitio web de JECO Services, jeco.services, y de las automatizaciones que JECO Services ("JECO", "nosotros") opera y que se conectan a servicios de Google. Al usarlos, aceptas estos términos.

1. Nuestros servicios

JECO presta servicios de tecnología a empresas: automatizaciones, sistemas a medida y contenido. El alcance, el precio y las condiciones del trabajo para cada cliente se establecen en un acuerdo escrito aparte con ese cliente. Si ese acuerdo contradice estos términos, prevalece el acuerdo.

2. Conectar una cuenta de Google

• Cuando autorizas a una de nuestras automatizaciones a acceder a tu cuenta de Google, permites que JECO realice solo las tareas descritas en nuestra Política de privacidad.
• Confirmas que tienes derecho a conceder acceso a las hojas de cálculo y calendarios que conectas.
• Puedes revocar ese acceso en cualquier momento en myaccount.google.com/permissions. Las automatizaciones que dependen de él dejarán de funcionar al revocarlo.

3. Uso aceptable

No uses este sitio ni nuestras automatizaciones para infringir la ley, vulnerar derechos de terceros o interferir con nuestros sistemas o los de otros.

4. Propiedad intelectual

El nombre y el logo de JECO Services, y el contenido de este sitio, pertenecen a JECO Services. La propiedad del trabajo que entregamos a cada cliente se establece en su acuerdo.

5. Exención y limitación de responsabilidad

Este sitio se ofrece "tal cual", con fines informativos generales. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, JECO no responde por pérdidas indirectas o consecuentes derivadas del uso de este sitio. Nuestras responsabilidades con cada cliente son las que establece su acuerdo.

6. Cambios

Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha al inicio de esta sección indica cuándo cambiaron por última vez.
